"Don't Stop Now" closing party & photo giveaway!!
The closing party for my exhibit, "Don't Stop Now" will be on Tuesday, September 23rd, from 5:30-8:00pm in the Howard Stevens Gallery at WCUW, 910 Main Street, in lovely Worcester, Massachusetts. Not only is this the closing party, but ALL the photographs which are hanging in the exhibit will be GIVEN AWAY at the end of the night!! In all honesty, some of the photos have already been claimed, but the majority will be given to whomever's name gets pulled out of a hat and you can take an original piece of my artwork home with you for FREE! The name drawing process will being at approximately 6:15.
Here are the details: doors will open at 5:30 for patrons to come in and browse the show as it hangs now. Around 6:15, the pieces which have already been spoken for will be removed from the wall, and envelopes will be placed on or near the available pieces themselves. We will have slips of paper, to write your name on and using the HONOR SYSTEM, you'll place ONE of the slips in the envelope of each photo you wish to take home with you. You can try for as many images as you wish but ONLY one personal entry per envelope, please (remember, HONOR SYSTEM). Around 7:00, we will start pulling names for images and just so everyone has a chance to win a framed image, once your name is drawn, you cannot win another image (but, if you want to trade with another winner, it's out of my hands).
IMPORTANT: You MUST be present to claim your photograph during the drawing. If you are not there, another name will be picked.
Lastly, if you would still like a piece of my art and do not want to wait, I will have 5 of my most popular photos for sale (see images below)! These unframed photographs are archivally printed on Canson Infinity Baryta Photographique paper, will be signed on the reverse, and packaged securely for transportation. The images, along with one special one NOT seen before, will be available this night only for $100.00 a piece with ALL THE PROCEEDS GOING DIRECTLY TO WCUW!! (WCUW can accept cash or charge donations).
